For our collections we repurpose vintage lamp bases, and source others from vendors offering a selective range of interest, uniqueness, and artistry. The lamp shades are handcrafted using fabric carefully selected for its design, vibrancy of color, and how it both absorbs and reflects light. Wires are high-quality 10-gauge (or higher) nickel and powder-coated black, gold, and white. All lamps are outfitted with UL components.

We use a variety of cotton, linen and sateen blends both on the inside and outside of the shade. The combination of fabrics used are typically heavier, therefore requiring a slightly wider seam. The seam can run between the standard ½ inch to ¾ inch and up to 1 inch on the large shades. We do our best to align the seam however, due to design metrics in most cases we are unable to perfectly do so and still attain the unique look we think you’ll enjoy.
